So they already are the best performing boy group in USA & Japan, the two biggest music markets in the world as well as in Korea, their home country.

I feel like none of the already debuted groups will be THAT group tbh. Based on the current stats, Itzy and TXT are ahead of the current competition but I also felt like with all the previledge, promotions and push these 2 groups have done so far, the stats is not matching.
I would like to use BLACKPINK's success as basis, in less than 2 years with very little promotions, BP's stats were 10 times more impressive, that's why as early as their first year, everyone can tell that they gonna be THAT group. 4th gen so far fell flat in comparison.
But I have a strong feeling, ygngg and pgngg might have a chance. I can already tell they gonna eclipse every 4th gen groups debut stats in both streaming and views.
aespa if SM will really use the Chinese market that he wants to use... they could already go there and sell out 15-20k arenas.
but kpop groups doesn't tour on china tha if china ever opened touring for kpop groups a lot of 3rd gen groups can do stadiums there
