Lol, No tokkis will see it as betrayal.And who stupid/petty enough to see this as betrayal ? what else do you want her to do? Not working for the rest of her life ? She has right to continue her profession regardless newjeans win the case or not. In fact, even if NJ lose (hopefully not), NJ can still join her cpy, except she or her cpy needs to pay for penalty.

In the end, both MHj and NJ needs to move on, lose or win their lawsuit.

This concern is honestly ridiculous, especially with her experience. She’s been in the industry since 2002, do you really think she’d build an empty shell company and just wait for a miracle to happen? With how she handled hybe, even you know waiting around is not her style.

I also think NJ fans already expected the boy group junior ever since the 2023 global audition dropped. Most, if not all, of the selected trainees probably followed her since her original team was very loyal to her. So like any typical Kpop fans, Nj fans most likely support this group and use them as a tool to go against Hybe’s boy group rather than be angry about it especially if Nj lose the case. They need something to hold onto and Mhj new group will be it.

I’m curious about this too. That woman’s probably going through some financial struggles with all the lawsuits under her name, yet she still managed to open a new company in an expensive area with a brand new office building. That’s definitely not cheap and out of capability alone for now tbh.

But is this news even true or just some unfounded rumours?

Yeah, I’m pretty sure it’s just another baseless rumor. On KIPRIS, OOAK is actually registered under a clothing company from China since 2018. If this is real, she would’ve already started trademarking it by now but nada.

I wonder if she will work on a boy group first because I think it was rumored she was working on a boy group. Hopefully NewJeans wins and they land on this label. I assume MHJ most likely is getting financially backed, but the major question is who is backing her? I think that part i'm very curious about because I think her next move is going to have many people observing.

I wonder if she will be able to bring most of the people she had at ADOR. That team was perfection and it couldn't be imitated. I think if she can assemble a team to help with her vision, then this will make the industry panic

But genuine question, what will happen if NJ lose? Will they have to return to Ador or can they just pay the penalty and be free like the ex-50/50 members? Or would they need to leave the industry and wait until their contract ends? I always ask this question but didn't get the proper answer yet.

that is the big unknown

never in kpop or any other industry is an artist or employee or contractor FORCED to work for a company they don't want to - I don't think a court can force someone to work for someone that would amount to slavery????

so I think if NJZ lose they'd cough up some amount of money to be determined by the courts
