    In all of my years in following kpop, 143 entertainment is the worst company of all time. I get that group is not popular but what happened to Gaeun should have made a lot of noise. It felt like it was reported then everybody quickly moved on. Now they're excluding the Korean members when they easily could have been included for promotion for Japan. I am sure many shady things is happening behind the scenes with that company. Based on their history I don't think idols should feel safe being employed there and they just need to disband, so they can land elsewhere

    It feels weird how this is getting like no attention from big outlets. I don't think many of the major outlets are covering this and this story is tough to read. This whole situation is bizarre and I don't think a boycott will do much because it seems they're moving this group to focus on the Japanese market. The CEO is disgusting

    It's probably kind of a late news with talks about pause etc. Yeseo started being active on IG again few weeks ago. So probably she already knew then that she's free.

    The way 143 makes it sound in their release is not that they are free.


    People are translating it to "suspended their activities" That does not read as freedom to me.


    Probably means they will no longer participate with the group, but may be blocked from going to other companies if they want to continue their careers.

    Yeah it's same as Purple Kiss, which means it all depends on good will of 143.


    But overall at least we know that for some time those two girls were already far away from agency and it's people. I think Yeseo was traveling with her mom for some time.
