RV has singularly the most overrated discography in all of Kpop tbh. The way SM stans gush over their generally mid songs, especially from 2014-2019, need to be studied lol.

That being said, aside from Psycho and Red Flavor, which were both popular and good, their best songs are the ones least popular. Zimzalabim, Chill, Feel My Rhythm, etc.

MMM dont have a single really great 9 or 10 level song though except I Miss You, which i loved. So in the battle of mids, i still have to give it to RV.

I didn’t hesitate. the average kpop fan can guess the outcome of this poll without much thought.

As an avowed Blackpink fan, anything you have to say about music quality is automatically null & void. It's like asking a fast food junkie to review a fine dining experience.

Even if you don't like their songs, calling them MamaMID is just childish and not a real opinion.

At least when I say, Blackpink, Babymon, LSF, Aespa or any other groups' songs are bang average, I wrote a whole essay why I think that. Even if I like the group, especially when I like them.

MAMAMOO making their own music for themselves, because they like it. Most Kpop groups, including your faves, never wrote a single line for years and only releasing Tiktok songs for the actual trends, that's why those songs are more popular and GP friendly.

When Mamamoo released songs that were more GP friendly, it was a massive hit, like they literally outcharted everyone with "Starry Night" and "HIP".

When I say, a LOT of MAMAMOO B-Side could easily be a Title Track for a LOT of groups, I'm not even exaggerating.

Yep mostly just listen to their tt's. If I don't vibe with the songs that I have heard, why would I listen to the rest? I don't wanna waste time listening to their entire albums and b-sides if there's a good chance I don't enjoy it, life is too short for all that. Maybe I should have said I think the music I have heard from them is mid overall. Why are you so pressed? It's just one persons opinion. They do have a few songs I like though.

Starry Night is so obviously derivative of Robin Schulz Prayer in C, it always left a sour taste in my mouth every time I heard it.
