This is monthly. Its not only limited to music, it counts audiences from youtube shorts, videos from the artist, fan-created contents that users their music, etc.

Might be. I think her channel needs to have artist verified badge like the one above instead of the normals one.

Tbh, youtube monthly listeners is kind of inaccurate since it includes passive listeners from youtube shorts as long as they used the artist's song.
