Momo or Lisa

I'm biased so I'll go with Lisa, the fact the she went viral so many times bc of her dance makes me believe that rather than having a better technique, connecting with the audience through dance is more impressive.

I enjoy watching Lisa dance more, I have no idea who the better dancer is nor do I care.

If I'm being honest, both of them are overrated, because they're part of a mainstream group! Dancers from smaller groups are way better than them, they just don't get the same treatment from Kpop fans!

IMO, the best dancer in 3rd gen among idols, is Chungha.

She is the Momo Lisa. :)

Besides within TWICE, Jihyo seems unsatisfied with just Main Vocals and competes strongly with Momo. But Kpop tradition won't accord expertise in more than one skill.

And then there are the Chae sisters, particularly Chaeyeon, who dared to put herself against pro dancers.

I like how Mamamoo is a "smaller group" when convenient, otherwise they're super successful and mainstream.

I think these comparisons are silly, because there are honestly a number of people in the industry who could do the same choreo just as proficiently as these two. It's like comparing people who are all considered good singers. You will likely have your preferences, but there may not be any objective way to differentiate them. I'll just end this by saying that if we're talking about 3rd gen dancers, it's blasphemous that people keep forgetting about Seulgi.

Mamamoo is a small agency group, and not even half as popular as BP or TWICE. Especially worldwide.

You have a point about these lame comparisons, BUT there's an actual objective way to decide who's the better singer, rapper or dancer, because being the best isn't about who we like the most. It's 100% about technique!

NOTE: Better technique doesn't equal with better performance, btw!

It's very easy to understand who has the better technique. Obviously, I'm talking about professionals, not fans, because most of us don't know shit about vocals, rap or dance techniques. I can only talk about vocals and rap, but not dance. So, I can only say what I heard from actual pro dancers in the industry.

BTW, Seulgi is a great dancer too, but I don't think she would be in the TOP5 or even TOP10, and she's my bias in RV alongside Wendy.
