I think you don't understand message of the song. It says "we were toxic". That mean both parties are guilty to the toxic relationship. Even music video show you clearly Rosé sabotage that skateboard while that guy sabotage the car.
I couldn't care less about any of this, but it is indeed her own fault if people speculate. She threw them the bone necessary to make it happen, trying to take a page out of Taylor Swift's playbook for promotional purposes.
Admittedly I'm not the most familiar with her work either, but I'm pretty sure singing about her exes is the only page in Taylor Swift's playbook, so she's probably wondering where it went.

two times rosé is shown causing the guy harm.
He is bandaged twice because of her.
It's almost as if she is making herself the villain.
He isn't shown hurting her (physically) at all.
And even irl, she was never seen in bandages.
Looks like Rosé herself was the toxic one.
Or that's the fictional narrative she has created.
