I feel like there's a lot going on the instrumental. I've heard this song who knows how many times before, but I'm only realizing it now.

It's clearly not a bad song. My favorite part is the verse right after the first chorus. It's also one of the few songs where I genuinely love the bridge. The instrumental during the dance break is also really cool.

It's a bit empty at the end, but that's not necessarily a bad thing.

If blackpink's music is divided into black and pink, this is a crusty reddish grey in the middle. It's not calm but not loud and pots and pans either. The melody of the chorus stuck with me for a while even after I was done with the song.

It's not nearly as memorable as Pink Venom or something of that sort to me. It's not bad either.

It's much better than I remembered when I listened to it the first few times.

I think I like every part except the chorus. The chorus is so depressingly unexciting for me. I laughed watching the MV at a few times too, I don't know why.

It also ended like a song where they didn't know how to end it.

I sound like I'm full of criticism but I quite like it.

One thing I always appreciate about Blackpink and YG songs in general is I can immediately tell where the chorus is.

I love and hate one member's voice but I can't tell who it is.

Song wasn't bad. I appreciate the slower pace. I don't usually read lyrics until I decide whether i like the song apart from the lyrics.

I was not a fan of the MV at all. But, it's fun and bright, so I'll give them some credit

Beginning to realize I actually love Jisoo's voice.

I listened to it with the MV sometimes and without, but I cannot tell Selena Gomez apart from the girls.

The Nananas at the end did not vibe with me. I want adult words not child words.

Not a bad song besides the end.

I remember once talking to my teacher about Blackpink because they like Blackpink, and they said they liked their songs but they don't like that they randomly drop swear words.

But, the "b****" in the first verse definitely caught my attention.

Loving the prechorus.

It's a little too "in your face" for a majority of it for my liking, but the bridge isn't and definitely saved the song for me.

Beat was weird at times?

The melody part, I think it's also part of the chorus, is pretty good.

I'm a sucker for melodic, bittersweet, songs. This one almost hit the chord

Lyrics, I was actually paying attention to this time, mean something to me, so points for that

It's a generic sounding song but not in a bad way. It's ok to be simple. I've noticed that this kind of song never goes completely wrong; it's always at least tolerable. Same with this one.

I wish BP would drop the rap for one moment. I quite like their voices.

(Side note that I don't have a scoring system, I just look at the song as a whole and whether it vibed with me.)

Am I being too generous? I don't think so. So far, there's not a single BP song I've genuinely disliked. That's a good sign. I'd say a rating below a 5 means I don't like it. 5-8 is probably average, 8-9 is really good, 9+ means its really good.

Why did it feel so short when it's longer than 98% of songs these days?

Was going so well until the chorus. Could've been a perfect song. I don't think it was necessary to have a beat drop for the chorus, it would be better to continue to momentum of the prechorus.

I appreciate the contrast in the song, between the verses and the chorus.
