With New Jeans, but I don't think my reason is common.

I think it is just bad business management by HYBE to destroy a successful brand over internal politics - irrespective of who is at fault. It shows HYBE is a poorly managed organization.

Yes, all orgs can have inter-personnel disputes, but they should never let it affect operations/revenues.

So what if MHJ wants to take total control of ADOR/NJ, she has been bringing the money, isn't she?

As long as HYBE can keep the stake and rake in the money, why do they care if its MHJ or XYZ.

It is the same thing as Garam case. She may/may not be innocent, but that issue was hurting the group, they let her go. Correct call.
