Unsure about the full details. They live in dorms, and have the option to leave the dorm when they're not promoting.

Financial compensation is trickier because they have a revenue share if an idol is a part of the project and there's also bonuses. The way the system works you get paid for your contribution and how hard an idol works. I don't think their digital token system is NFT, so it's not causing harm to environment.

I feel the system is exploitive on stan culture and it attracts many whales. It's why you see some bad stuff with their fandom. It's a double edge sword, but I think they're positioned better than most groups and they seem to be compensated.

Pretty sure this is their dance subunit? with this being their 2nd win/encore in their career I would give them a break. Hopefully they improve and get comfortable with singing live.
