Who is less innovative and more stuck in the 2010s? YG or JYP?

Neither, tbh, at least recently. That's not to say I don't like the sound, but it's not particularly innovative at all. YG just repeats its own sound and formula, and JYP just tries (and imo fails) to reinvent SM's.
Again, I do like NMIXX, but to build an identity around the "mixxpop" sound was never going to work because it's already lost it's shock value before they even debuted. Otherwise, aespa would just keep churning out Next Levels and Savages.

yg. and ı think that's okey. those big labels all have their identity. sm known for their experimantal sounds while jyp's sound more lively etc. for ex. why would yg try to sound trendy, there is ton of groups and labels in kpop ent. people free to discover new things. so for me not changing is not that bad tho.

Baby monster just feel like a continuation of blackpink
Besides the number of members i wouldn't be able to mention one thing that set them apart musically, concept wise etc....
And Treasure feel like the same exact thing but with Big bang
The lies specially with Treasure. They are nowhere near BB in concept, music, etc, like nothing about them remember BB.
Baemon is trying the GC formula, but it isn't working without Teddy so not exactly a BP copy, more like a Teddy copy that isn't as good as his works.

Other companies are bringing that ‘90s sound and look back, though.

To be honest, I can’t fault either company too much. If they modernized their sound, people would be calling them out for trying to copy NewJeans.
If it were up to the fans, how would they modernize? That’s right. They’d incorporate UK garage and new jack swing. Both are genres that NewJeans brought back into the spotlight and popularized in modern K-pop.
