NMixx did a bad thing when it did this
Since Day6 is not KPop.
I am not really worried about Cho Yongpil. Lim Youngwoong has stolen the thunder for the older population so CYP's comeback, likely to be his last, won't really make too much stir.
However, if aespa or illit cannot clear Day6 , or possibly Qwer, the ultimate anti-KPop act, from the top of Melon the end of KPop can safely be declared, and any return of BTS won't really amount for anything.
Kim Hyungseo and Jang Kiha, her composer , stopped Lee Jieun's bid to return to supremacy in February.
Jang Kiha had the ultimate revenge against his ex, and Kim Hyungseo saved KPop from oblivion.
However, NMixx revived Day6's Happy, which might make JYP happy since it is one of his acts, but might be a huge hindrance against KPop.
I have always been upset that the singer who contributed the least amount of effort towards the expansion of KPop is getting all these respect and admiration, despite of her entire career, until 2024, was full of undermining KPop at any turn she could.
And NMixx' mistake of promoting a nonKPop act in a critical moment might be the ultimate undoing of KPop.
