But to play with your idea I do think if a concert was advertised as live (or never admitted to being lip sync so it was implied to be live singing), and fans paid hundreds of dollars to attend the concert, but it was actually lipsync, fans should be able to sue the company for false advertising/fraud

I think there should be a law actually that if companies are going to have idols lipsync at concerts that charge hundreds of $$$ for tickets they need to include some sort of disclaimer that it is not 100% live so people know what they're throwing away their money for
