Hyuk, Ken and Leo did do something similar! (Although without N as he was promoting as an actor during this time), around the time they came back with the track 'Gonna be Alright'. The performed it on a music show, the tracks are still talked about by a lot of Starlight like me.
But otherwise, I would love to see this happen more often for others like you mentioned!
Sometimes they do perform older tracks for a small moment of time on Killing Voice though. (Some of my fave KV);
I think re-promoting viral songs would be a complete waste of resources and time, not to mention the groups would probably not like revisiting them since they've moved on.
In other words, let the songs stay in the past when they had their moments.
Also, from the fans' perspective, doing that will upset them because it will seem like the labels went the cheap route of rehashing old music instead of producing new music.
