she need more practise for that but sure she's a great singer
Haewon is good, of course, but she has a classic kpop voice color. I think Lily's voice is fuller and naturally rich. Emotionally, Lily's voice resonates me more. Lily reminds me a bit of Wendy. Wendy sometimes sings ballad songs very boring and technical. In her own ballad album, she definitely sings the song with good storytelling. But she doesn't fully convey the emotion of every songs. Lily is a little bit like that too, Sometimes it seems like they are too caught up in showing off that they can belt. If I had a voice like that, I would show off too, they are doing the right thing in that respect. 
she can def sing. but i am not sure if she is better than the other singers mentioned.

She's good, but no, she's not as good as Taeyeon, Solar, Wheein (who's the backbone of Mamamoo for a reason), Ailee or Wendy.
She's only 21 so she can be much better later. Her stamina is not that good yet, just like her mixing, but she's probably the best in NMIXX. She feels off sometimes, because of low stamina and her breath control. I hope JYP will do some training with her, because it would be a real talent wasting. I don't have high hopes, tho, seeing what they did with TWICE.🙄

As much as I like her, no she's not. Did you hear Kiss of Life girls sing? They're better. I mean, just watch this. Her range, belting, stamina and control is much better. The problem with KIOF is that they're a small company group, too, and people don't really care about those groups unless they become mainstream somehow.
but her singing just lack emotions, even when singing ballad, she's the type of singer who have a hard time to convey the feeling of the song
THIS! People think, singing high notes, and shouting like crazy will make someone a great singer, but no! Look at artists like IU or Taylor Swift in America. They're the best vocalists? HELL NO! I love IU, but she's average, but she can sing like a poet, and she writes songs like a poet. That's the difference between artists and singers. Lily can be that too, but it takes time.

lily is a high B-/B while solar is a B- hwasa a C and Whein B- low they are below lily they are all low B- while lily is a High B-
yes she might not as much as experience as them but she is better then them
and talking about kiss of life like belle main vocalist is only an average vocalist and she strains alot as well as she doent have good stamina you can see when she was singing the high note
Yeah, she is great and their recent album is also really good.
