I'm not going to set the table for this question, because I'm curious how people generally feel about 4th Generation while we're still in its peak. You can use any context you want, as it's all subjective ultimately.
I personally have some things that make me roll my eyes, like cheesy fairy endings and way too much lipsyncing during live performances, but I do love the music and how much content new groups put out through their own platforms (nobody tops LSF in that category). It's also MUCH easier to see idols perform than it was in early to mid 3rd gen, when I needed to plan on a trip to Korea or Japan to have a chance at seeing them in concert.
I almost quit K-Pop when 3rd gen started to slow down, but 2022 was an epic year that reignited my passion
Now I can continue to trigger other girl group stans for the foreseeable future
