OP, you're not the first nor the last to want the clown reaction. Every time someone asks, Ves explains that it was toxic.

Apparently there was one long ago but the mods took it away because people were using it to be mean.

But there's still the clown emoji (which is not as cool as a reaction but can be given to clowns nonetheless)

clown reaction is funny to me, you are making fun of a take but you aren't angry. but facepalm is used when you cannot handle different opinions. 4 people regularly use facepalm for that reason. they don't agree with opinions and facepalm it. childish.
