IVE's are cuter. I like that they look like their representative members; that's a nice touch that instantly gives them some personality!
NJ's tokki is much more iconic, though. There's only one general look aside from slight variations such as colors and decorations from time to time, so it's more recognizable.
IVE's mascots represent the members individually. NewJeans' represents the music and group aesthetic.
