I like lia's personality tho, she's funny and interesting to watch in Itzy's variety/reality show contents.

Dunno about performance wise but musically lia's singing is a nice addition in itzy's songs

It’s to the point where I don’t even think about her anymore. With or without her they are still weak vocally.

Dance wise I agree that they look better but I'm afraid that their songs would be limited in vocals w/o Lia. They also incorporated more english lyrics to their song w/o their main english speaker and it shows.

They have to try something different.

However in recent end of year performances as a group of 4, they seem to have lost a bit of spark with Lia missing compared to last year. But could be their songs this year are not as good as their songs last year.

Visually they look better as 4 and not 5. Born to be cemented that for me.

but Vocally, No. They all can't sing and the only member who can carry a note is Lia, no shade to the rest of the members, it's just that they scream instead of actually hitting a high note. So itzy actually needs Lia if they want to have any diverse B-sides with vocally heavy parts.

Itzy is better off without Lia.

Their vocals are just fine, I don't see what the whole fuzz about their singing abilities is all about, especially in these latest kpop generations of idols - everybody lipsyncs. Itzy is a formation of good singers with amazing dancers and that's it.

I do believe Lia has been mismaneged. She would've done amazing in a more vocal oriented group, JYP did dirty to her. She is an amazing person, I really like Lia and appreciate her vocals. But Itzy looks better altogether as 4.

Lia evens them out and makes them more relatable. And her vocals are really missed imo. And they look better with her. She's a whole visual.

imo they missed Lia in their latest title track.

However if they sing songs like other popular groups that are within a one octave range, a good vocalist isn't needed.

Honestly, I like how she works hard with the choreo. And 3/5 members are more fierce/edgy, while she helps balance out the soft and feminine energy out with Chae. It gave them a dichotomy with having Lia in there with her bright smile. Now, it just seems like they're missing something.

they are in that sad point that even if they released good music, people won't care much about it...tragic for such talented girls, JYP is just a moron
