K-pop has the worst fandom names

Blinks... never liked it...

Blackpink on the other hand is weird but awesome..

Army is a nice name once is also fine

Some creative names feel totally out of realm or try hard... doesn't feel like fandom names at all...

BlackPink is a great name.

For me, I always look at how a starting group is easy to google. If you googled BlackPink at their debut, you would probably have found them. If you googled Cravity, or admittedly BTS as their debut, you would probaly have found other stuff first.

For that reason Stray Kids is good too.

Blinks is not bad either, I think (black + pink, but also the meaning of Blink itself, so it has some meaning).

Orbit is a great name.

I like ARMY too. Never heard of Britney Army, thought it was Britney Nation or Britney's Bitches or something like that.

Itzy really missed out in not making a connection to the Spider song.

No offense to them, but Kep1ians? Don't even know how to pronounce that or what it means.

I like Army too but it's unoriginal because the Britney Army has been a thing since the 90s. Not that I think BTS intentionally stole it at all but yeah... At least it makes sense and isn't cringe.

I know that before Xdinary Heroes had an official fandom name, some stans called themselves "XHoes"

Exotics were so much more unhinged than EXOL but in the end exol sound better I guess I don’t really know.

Fandoms do generally name themselves in kpop too but the company will override it in a year or so lol.
