I was never a stan, but I did watch Idol School from beginning to end, and she just barely missed the cut on that too. We love a good comeback story, and I'm glad she found an alternative path to her dream to work in entertainment

It's funny you mention these two groups, since KOL is a literal carbon copy of NJ. I aint complainin about it though, i want Natty to become the next Lisa so if this is what it takes, so be it. It does make me feel better though knowing a woman is in charge since Natty has said she wants to do sexy concepts for their next comebacks, they'll have a better chance of doing it while making sure the members are ok with it.

Serious question how is Kiss of life a carbon copy of Newjeans?

I was really surprised to learn that Lee Haein is the art director of Kiss of life she was very unfortunate as an idol she was always close to make it but always missed the cut or was screwed up apparently she even wanted to participate in pd48 but her company didn't allow it so to see finely winning makes happy for her.

I believe overall female art director do a better job than male ones in creating a distinctive concept for groups (don't asked me to elaborate on this one cuz i won't)

I agree; I think there is so much room for increased creativity in the major arts industries if they embraced some more diversity! I love both KOL and NewJeans’ styles and regardless of what is problematic about her, I really think Min Heejin is a creative genius and has been helping the girls’ strengths shine.

well it was revealed that Mnet manipulated the results for the finale and that Haein was in first place but they rigged her out.

If you think about business in general. The biggest advantage of being woman is that you know better than men what women want to see and hear. In kpop majority of customers are women, so you may have edge by that standpoint. By some reason I think big portion of NewJean fans are actually bg fans and they rarely listen to other ggs, which make sense, because majority of them are women. Or that is my analysis.
