I'm sure we all know about NewJeans and how they ended up being one of the most notable groups ever because of MHJ. but I just learned KOL have a female director (Lee Haein) and are managed by mostly female staff and well....it makes sense.

Their company handled Hot Issue who were previously managed by a male director (I assume), they had some buzz but they failed to really receive the traction & potential KOL have so far.
I hope more companies take note and realize that women in higher positions are naturally going to be more aware of what will gain traction among KPOP stans (who are mostly women lbr) compared to 60+ year old men
