I used to. The stories don’t weird me out or anything I’m just not as interested in kpop idols and connecting with them any more.

Yes I am an adult and read them, with „real“ characters and also the ones with fictional characters. For me even the ones with real characters are just fiction. I don’t have a problem with ffs, if they are well written, I really enjoy reading them.

If I am weird to OP than it be so, I am old enough that I don’t give af whether someone thinks I am weird or not. If you don’t like it, then don’t read it, there are tons of great books and fictional ffs out there to read.

Rarely. However I usually write (not publish) fanfics as a hobby. Depending on the setting (historical versus contemporary), I will change names and use idols more as inspiration or a template. I do this thing where I take an idols initials, reverse it, and re-name the character. Like Yoshinori Kanemoto could become Kevin Young or something like that. But Kevin Young will be 5' 10" with a mole on the right side of his chin.

I used to read K pop fan fics but grew out of it, some of them were written well though.
