So Shuhua's show isn't new, it's actually Season 2 of an existing super-popular variety show called Workman that used to be hosted by Jang Sang Kyu. It was/is produced by JTBC and was so popular that each episode would easily get over 5 million views in a week and even EXO appeared in an episode as a full group.
Shuhua is basically taking over the host spot of an already huge web show (as evidenced by the fact that the channel has nearly 4 million subscribers). Ofc she's doing well so people will tune in, but she's had a headstart. It's like someone taking over Hangout with Yoo - people will tune in because they like the show.
Rei's show was created from scratch by Starship as a gift to fans when she was on hiatus. They're not the same.

Workman is a very popular YT channel with 3M+ subscribe and it doesn't owned by Shuhua herself. Most of their video without Shuaha still have 1 - 2M views s while Rei's channel is completely new channel that's only herself currently.
People really embarrassing themselves with this stupid comparison.
