Ngl, I was thinking she may have done some shaving on her jaw to alter it's shape.

But, yeah, I wouldn't recommend any face shaving surgeries OP.

From what I heard, they are notoriously hard to maintain, so unless you've got Sana money, I wouldn't take the risk and end up sagging by the time you're 30.

No idea who made buccal fat a trend; i mean, i know, it's bella hadid lol bit it looks horrible. People either look like drug addicts or aliens. Why do they want to get rid off fat? You'll lose it as you get older, that's just biology. And when they get older they'll start injecting fillers

but yeah hard agree!! don't get your face shaved down! celebrities have the money and resources to fix things if their doctors fuck up, but even then a lot of times they look crazily uncanny valley or botched. it's not worth the risk
