What actually promotions Newjeans do during their comeback?

Yeah, they do few music shows after music is released months before and be out. They don't do much promo.

Because I think they are one of manh groups that are effectively using their MV as a selling points

They doesn't do a lot of promotion. Newjeans promotion styles actually quite interesting. The company drop Ditto and went radio silent. They don't released any teaser or promotional image like other groups. Totally nothing before the said date and they only go to 3 music shows and 2 radio promotion for their cb.

Their main promotion coming from other celebrities that cover their songs and its virality in tiktok, not much from the company side.

They promote well as already mentioned previously. The main problem currently seems to be promoting on Music Shows. They don't go to Show Champion and Music Core because they are both from MBC and HYBE groups don't promote there. Since the debut they don't promote o The Show and, since last comeback they don't promote on M Countdown and I have a theory about the reason.

So there's just Mubank and Inkigayo left.

As their stan, I'd say their main strength when It comes to market and promote their music is their own original content. They release MVs for all their songs, multiple performance videos and dance practices and variety shows and behind the scenes content showing their filming and recording process. Since they have a lot of brand deals and get multiple magazine covers their name and image seem already well stabilized at the moment. They are already everywhere.

They make some rabbit themed kid's content variety shows on their channel for 9 year olds kids.

They don't have as much promo as other groups, thy specially don't seem to go to as much webshows or music shows as other ggs

After MAMA, there was a fuss on the knetz side, because NewJeans left the award as the only rookie girlgroup empty-handed and without a 'Favorite New Award' made up award. They gave it to IVE, LSRF, NMIXX, Kep1er, but didn't give them.

A lot of people thought It was unfair, maybe ADOR thought the same and are boycotting mnet.

The girls also went to Studio Choom during their debut, but didn't go during 'Ditto' and 'OMG' releases (It's from Mnet)

Some groups perform at show champion (le sserafim and enhypen, txt promoted there till gbgb)

They only has problems with music core and mbc gayo(probably same producer)

show champion and the show are kinda unpopular so sometimes groups skips them

They only go to 2 local radio iv while lsf go to knowing bros, kbs reality show, etc... and 1 magazine interview for Nme. I don't even know if magazine promotion really do anything these days.

I don't even counted the fansign event as a promotion because it's for fans and promotion supposed to target bigger audience than that.

I only follow BTS and NewJeans from HYBE and since one doesn't go there It's been ages and one never went, I thought It was a company problem as a whole.

Aren't their brand deals part of their promotions ? Cuz they have been everywhere
