I agree, Thank goodness Sooman is gone. He gave at least one Nct sound to every group in it. Nct music sounds too alien to me. I loved the songs over time because aespa sang so well, but my ears were getting tired. Yoo young jun and Demitz music is not my style

And they actually listened to aespa when the girls asked for the track videos. A miracle I should say

If you following the news you knew aespa main producers went out already so the change of sound was inevitable

good now that their fans can stop complaining about any small good thing that happens to other SM groups. Better not see them camping under SHINee posts ever again.

The era is so good but they look basic I want them to ditch Kwangya or whatever but not their hyper-pop sound. If I want a pop group I just have to listen IVE.

Well not for me personally. I don't think they've had a good comeback since Nexr Level, none of their songs have been to my liking. But hey, you do you and I'll do me. We are all different with different tastes.

Really? I've been disappointed in almost every single thing that's happened during this comeback, starting with SM ruining Karina's hair . I dont mind them ditching Kwangya since Next Level (and Savage's glorious bridge) may never be surpassed ( the rest of Savage/Girls/Illusion couldnt come close). But the new B sides are too New Jeans like for my tastes, the recycled RnB trap, the video concepts, etc.

Spicy, i'm cautiously optimistic about. It sounds fresh, like an Itzy song, but im hoping we see a bit of that Aespa flair (ie another glorious interlude/bridge) that shows it's still Aespa.

Ik that post is their identity. I don’t even read their comments anymore because I know what it would be. I feel bad for being rude but hey “it’s my opinion” to be annoyed too.

It’s not even just when it’s negative to my favs. I remember when NL dropped and I got tired of their same post of praise about NL in every aespa thread .

In the teaser, looks like they have gone 100% cute, similar to Twice in their early years or StayC now. Twice later switched to a more mature concept for the global market.

but they are giving good music to aespa, also good promotions.

I hope they let the girls go to more reality shows and let them release covers too. I'm happy to see the upgrade we got in aespa promo, the track videos hyped me a lot for the comeback.
