I actually hope they can be pushed to do more individual activities. They are a group with many members, it is quite difficult for some of them to shine. So, after the contract renewal, I think there will be changes to that. Maybe we haven't seen it yet but sometimes I think JYP is pushing this 'group' narrative too far. We have seen the side effect on the individual recognition of the members.
I also saw some fans who were worried because Jyp started focusing on promoting Twice in the US and repeating the mistakes they made for Wonder girl. That won't happen because Twice is already too big and has a strong fanbase so I'm not worried at all. In fact, it's a good thing that Jype didn't left them under the basement like some company did to their older group. However, I just hope Jyp knows to maintain Twice's position in Korea and Asia because in the end of the days, they will continue their careers there. It's not easy to get a position like Twice in Asia, so I hope Jyp knows how to maintain it not throw it away to chase the west.
