Total consumption for albums and songs BP does better in 99 percent of Western countries as well. Born Pink sold like 350k units in the end, The Album 800k units due to longevity and maintaining overall higher ranks while on the chart than the average Twice album. For Reference, Between 1&2 is currently at 250k units.

Twice's recent album is having an amazing first week of sales though.

Twice are very far from the biggest girl group in the west.

Centre is meant to be the idol who embodies the concept the most, since Itzy's concept is pretty much up in the air its not surprising your thinking that recently.

When they debuted with the self love concept it made sense because she embodied confidence, so it fit up till not shy. Then came mafia, loco, sneakers and cheshire and she hasn't been able to transition to embody those concepts and the groups approach to them, but shes tried.

If you compare them to Twice up till Fancy they had a pretty clear cute concept which Nayeon was perfect for, then they slowly transitioned into more mature concepts giving her time to adapt to the change, but I'd also say that Twice's concept change flows alot better than what they are doing with Itzy.

Idk about that though, I think Twice is content with selling the most albums in 2 largest music industry and touring in US stadiums
