Due to PCOS :-
- 10 kgs/year - If I am barely doing workout and just sitting.
- 5kgs/year- If I do home workouts.
- 1kg/year- If I join some course/team that requires physical strength.
Since I had almost stopped exercising after leaving a dance team my capacity went from 3 to 1 mentioned in the above points.

My weight doesn't fluctuate much tbh. Maybe by 2-3 lbs on average which is far too little for it to be noticeable. It probably isn't even real weight gain/loss but rather normal weight fluctuation. Bloating on the other hand is very apparent on my frame. Without any weight gain at all, I can easily look 6 months pregnant after the wrong meal.

Barely notice my weight barely changed it only fluctuates within 500g range. I'm trying to gain weight

im always between 49kg-51kg

My weight rarely changes but when it does 99% of the time its because I lost weight. By the time I realize it I've probably lost 10 lbs. So my weight is usually between 125 - 135 lbs

3kg? 2kg if I’m really paying attention. Usually fluctuate between like 53-58kgs.
