Would 2NE1 Music be considered too noisy for current kpop trends and fans?

    Idk about their overall discography but my fav songs from them, might sound too spicy for current kpop fans to handle

    Let's be honest New Kpop fans killed kpop, "noise" music was always a big part of Kpop during 2nd gen

    but because all of these news fans grow up with western music and learn about kpop just when they were old enough

    they pushed their vision of Westernized music as being the only "good music" so when something is different from what they were used to they call it "noise music"

    I skipped their bangers and spent most of my time with their ballads and R&B croons on repeat.



    My girlfriend at the time was huge into 2NE1.


    And these were the ones I played off her playlist when I got hold of the iPod for a second.


    I would skip the I Am The Best type lol.

    They have some killer songs, and tasteless people would probably be dropping them for what's trendy now.


    These are their two best songs, with Ugly being one of the best songs EVER in Kpop. Notice the amazing lyrics that actually tell a story. Ugly's lyrics are simple yet so effective ;(
