Well, they could have performed SNSD and Red Velvet cover songs and been well received - but it’s true that their own music is not up to par. A serious mistake by SM management.

If it was 88Rising who actually invited them rather than Coachella, I wonder if creating a 15-minute set would have been that hard if they made "performance" cover songs from SNSD, Red Velvet, and maybe EXO's catalogs?

It is a shame how SM [allowed] ruined a promising project to be ruined by terrible weak vocal melodies and less than stellar songs. They've been using the same vocal methodology for how long? It's beyond freakin' tired..it's "mummy" dusty.

I'm putting this out there because I'm beyond frustrated with how this agency has the best vocal training in the game but they don't consistently have memorable vocal melodies.

That’s interesting. I don’t see why SM couldn’t get them to perform covers or come up with a new song and routine to fill up time. It would’ve been a great PR opportunity for GOT.

But then again we’ve seen how SM went full on meh with GOT with their cb material so maybe not having more songs was a blessing in disguise lol.
