but NMIXX also has female director

as for SM they seem to not have new gg plans for first half of 2023, which is sad honestly

hope they won't stick to that old '6-7' year old gap between debuts

That's not what they are supposed to be there for though. They are supposed to oversee the management execution of the top officials such as the CFO/CEO/COO and such. Especially the CEO as they have hiring and firing authority of that position. That why most Boards of Directors are usually made up of mostly independent individuals. I think you're thinking of the Executive Board which is the CFO/CEO/COO/President and such.

As far as I remember New Jeans director is ex SM. All SM and ex-SM inside directors have the same mindset. Sticking with the same belief. I lost hope with all of them. That's why I was happy when one by one go to other company.

Finally this is a new breath of fresh air. They finally will be hiring nore board directors outside SM . Meaning less biased and hopefully competent people. Usually SM inside board directors are bunch of Nepotism people and LSM friends.

Ikr people act like female directors are some ground breaking thing🤡 sm has many female Managers, and content directors and promotion managers there's more than 5 whom are responsible for all NCT unit comebacks.

YG entertainment current CEO is female.

There's a few more female CEOs including those from Hook entertainment and spire entertainment. So quit acting like they are the saviors lol everyone can be just as good or bad

yeah I've just pointed that female CEO in terms of music and marketing can do very good job

but also very bad one :)
