Honestly, I feel like it's a waste of time to predict the future of these groups.
The same goes to comparing them.
Fact is, NewJeans is quite successful already and if there isn't any scandal coming up for them, they will be even more popular than they are right now.
Same goes to Baby Monster.
At the end, as long as they don't disband or lose a drastic amount of popularity, why don't we just enjoy their music and forget this whole battle-thing?
Let's just wait for Baemons debut and then we'll see

Baby Monster imo will be #1 in Korea. I most probably will not be a fan, but their lineup is just too strong and over the last 3 or 4 years, YG would have held back his best girl group songs for them.

Globally 3, 4, and 5, not in any order would be Aespa, LSF and gidle. Global ranking is based on total revenue from concert tickets sales, not best rank in Spotify which is meaningless.

Think of Korea as high school where you compete against people in your high school, and Global as once you finish high school and you compete against everyone in the world.

Ive is not in top 5 in either only Korea or globally.
