I don't think that I have.
Is it like out of body experiences? Or feeling like you're not in control?
The only thing I can think of would be to focus on what you can feel and control. Just focus on the little things to bring yourself back, if that makes sense.
And if it's happening a lot or regularly, please see a doctor or mental health professional.

its like being too aware of your consciousness and thoughts and it feels like things are not real

Then yes, I would recommend focus and meditation.
Whenever you start feeling that way focus on one thing in your surroundings that can bring you back to reality. Focus on everything about that one thing, even the tiniest details.
I hope that helps.

This has happened to me a few times, due to something traumatizing suddenly happening. I felt like I was not my self, as if my body was not really mine anymore. I couldn't even feel the things I touched, and my voice felt like someone else's. I can't begin to explain how awful it is.
Luckily it hasn't happened more than a few times in my whole life and I hope it doesn't happen anymore. When this happens to you I recommend looking and your surroundings and naming 5 things you can see, 5 things you can hear, 5 things you can reach, etc etc. And try to focus completely on your senses.

Well, I only experienced it three times, they were all within a year, and one especially was really hard. That time I thought I was having a weird anxiety attack. I was speaking with my grandma (my father had just passed away suddenly) and I felt like my body wasn't mine, you know, as if I was just observing everything from outside. I could not even recognize my voice. It was so strange. I remember I started looking at my own hands and slowly, very slowly, coming back to senses. The other times weren't that hard, but it still felt like I was alienated from reality.
