How many of you still wear your masks in public?

I do

I won't in open spaces like parks, but grocery stores or other places ofc.

Only at clinics and hospitals which are often mandatory anyway. I've got so many vaccines pumped into me (I think I'm on 5 lol) I don't really feel the need wear a mask anymore lol

I feel like this sounds bad but I haven't worn masks since it stopped being required everywhere. Some exceptions would be a hospital or clinics whether you're required to wear a mask or not but other than that, I haven't really been wearing masks.

I've been kind of stuck in one place recently, so I don't get to go out very often, but when I do I usually wear it. I find masks comfortable tbh so I don't mind wearing mine any time really. Plus, I honestly think around the winter times because of stuff like the flu, masks should be a standard anyway.

I am 5x vaccinated and I will wear a mask in all crowed public places. If it's a small gathering with some space - a large room etc., I can take it off. I am also careful because I live with my elderly mother who is just had heart surgery. Just to emphasize what my older sis -- a doctor -- says re vaccination - it's not to prevent getting COVID (that it's up to you wearing masks, washing hands, and social distancing) -- but it's to reduce the fatality and harm of the virus if you get it.

I caught covid from a plane ride this past late July/August after my 4th booster -- it was for a business trip and despite wearing a regular surgical mask (normal kind) -- [so now for planes, I will wear a proper N95 one]. I was surrounded by foreign tourists who didn't wear their masks at all and were coughing etc. I also bought the anti-Covid nasal spray too because I'm due to travel to multiple places soon.

The pandemic isn't over and the data about people catching covid multiple times and what it does to their long-term health is very concerning.

Hardly anyone is still wearing a mask here now except at the Doctor's where it is still compulsory. We are all mask weary after a couple of years of wearing them and are glad to see them gone from most places. They are horrid things.

I never go out (regardless of COVID), so I've only left the house this year to accompany my dad to his doctor's appointments. I was wearing a mask the whole year until the latest visit in October.

I wear it in the public transport and at work, sometimes when the streets are crowded and I can't avoid that place.

I prefer wearing a mask for a while than getting Covid again.
