He did inherit his father's title, Marquess, but he was insane by that time so it was not really relevant.)
Since he reminded all these Napoleonic Wars, the people of Britain left him behind, and he developed an insanity around 1818 and was completely irrelevant after that. To the end of his life he complained that the people of United Kingdom did not thank him enough for defeating Napoleon, a voice only heard by his very few friends still remaining by then.

The entry of Cho Seungyeon, aka Woodz, is a big coup against Lee Jieun by Kakao.
It is a great shock for her - usually she would have said something by now but although the entry of Woodz into Edam had been announced some days ago, she has done nothing about it.
It seems the people running Kakao, and Kakao Entertainment, have decided that IU is the tail which wags the entire Kakao Entertainment organization.
Kakao had a series of setbacks, including a data center outage which disabled everyone using Kakao Talk (a messenger service used by virtually all Koreans) for 2 days, and its stock is in a free fall, losing more than 50% of its value.
And, although Kakao Entertainment does not get involved in the management of Starship, the strong showing of IVE has apparently wakened up the execs of Kakao E, realizing that Kakao Entertainment is not the play pen of Lee Jieun.
Having taken control of Edam Entertainment, it finally added Woodz to the line up of Edam, something which was probably not consulted by its ex-owner. She might say something in a few days, but since she just posted her concert prep video a few hours ago, it is unlikely that she will say anything in the very near future which will make people wandering about adding someone else to the company she used to own.
It is very possible that Kakao Entertainment is entering the 4th Gen of Kpop, ending the stage where it was the virtual hostage of its most famous singer who effectively dictated how Kakao E was running (since she brought the most revenue in Kakao). With the effective end of BTS' domination, it seems Kakao is shoving Lee Jieun along with it, and start a new generation not associated with the 3rd Gen of Kpop which was full of expansion and enter the new era.
It is not known how long the contract between IU and Edam Entertainment will be. It is very probable that since Lee JIeun did not expect to lose the control of her company the contract would have been very long.
Given how Lee Jieun reacts to the addition of Cho Seungyeon in the next few days, we will probably have some better idea about the relationship of IU and Edam, and we might see the founder and former owner of Edam Entertainment sidelined by the very people she selected and trusted.
