Things aren't adding up
She is not in the game and not even gonna be part of Seoul concert.
But she doesn't have any big project to stop her from local concerts?
Are they trying to run down her popularity and phase her out as punishment?

She's definitely getting pushed out
Chuu is doing well without company support. Point in case, her last appearances in big shows.
I think she wants to delimit the earnings from her solo gigs to the group gigs.
Which ofc is only normal. Since she's doing all the work.
Pretty sure it started with the YT show she is running which is doing quite well.
But everything is just speculations at this point.
I thought she sued so that she wouldn't get so much individual schedules to the point that she can't attend group schedule
or am I remembering it all wrong

You are right. the sueing was about her having more control over her individual shedule. So she dont need to accept everything and BBC wont overwork her.
The problem is how passive agressive those entertainment companies react if something doesnt go as they want.
Looks like they just wanna punish her.
As far as i know there were no info about payment, how they pay back the investment how they share income etc.
I though it was normal that you pay back the investment in the group also with solo shedules untill the debt is paid. I remember juyeong said Brave Girls share income from their solo activities.
I think that BBC make a retaliation hit
the thing that I'm interested is what judges decided towards contract, I mean if they pushed company to make some adjustments for example making Chuu just split money with BBC instead of also splitting it with other members
There were no infos about financial situation of loona and chuu as far as i know.
Even if chuu isnt forced by contract to share individual income to pay for groups debt. Remember when Gugundan didnt made money while kim sejong earned well, she paid the other Girls debt too.
I guess it can get problematic for the peace and happiness within the group if all Girls are poor with debt while one member is a millionaire. 😅

it isn't about debt
it's more about sharing revenue
for example some idols have contracts that when they do individual activities they need to split the income from it with members of group, and with the company
and some have contracts that when they do individual activities then the money goes only to their own pocket, plus small share goes to company

Ah yeah we dont know the details of loonas or chuus contract. If she wasnt famous pre debute its usually shared within the group.
For example Brave Girls split their income from their individual activities.
While sejong in Gugundan was popular pre debut so she had a different contract and didnt had to split with the members but still ended paying for the debt of the other girls out of good will.
So i think in both case it wont be much different for chuu.
I just hope they can finally pay off their debt soon since they had been much more active this year.
