I feel so bad for them, I'm sure they must feel disappointed even though it's not their fault. They try so hard but at the end of the day it doesn't matter how talented you are; a bad song is a bad song.
Plus since they're rookies no one cares about their input in music, they can't just go "we don't like the song, we wanna do a different one". They just show up and sing what they're told to sing. I'm sure the company people must be making them feel like shit, companies tend to blame idols for these things. "We gave you the song it's you that's not doing well"
Even if the company doesn't blame them they will still feel like shit. They worked so hard for years and finally debuted in the big 3. They must have felt so proud and now they're a flop. Especially when you compare ive, sserafim, newjeans, etc. Sullyoon got into other companies as well but she chose JYP, they all chose JYP.
And JYP let them down, they'll be the first JYP GG to not win rookie of the year. And they still need to get onstage and do their best to promote a song they know sucks, all with a smile on their face. And they are talented, that's the thing that pisses me off the most, if they couldn't sing whatever but they can.
Edit: for me personally Dice was a bop. I am not talking here about my opinion on the song, I am going off on what the general opinion is.
