I said it before and i'll say it again.
Korean people do not come with huge eyes, small faces, button noses, high nose bridges, and prominent jawlines and cheekbones. Anytime you see this on an idol, the chances are very very high that he or she had PS work done. We generally have round frying pan faces, smaller eyes, flat noses, and low nose bridges.

lol impossible to define what is "most".
I've been watching the famous tiktok plastic surgeon on YT. He runs through a bunch of A list Kpop idols, detailing their procedures. You can check him out if you'd like. I'm curious about Mina actually, but he hasn't done one for her, so maybe she's the only unicorn in Kpop, a top visual with zero obvious surgical work?

im sure you meant "generally"
ive seen quite a few korean people with naturally pointy faces from birth, both irl and among idols, case in point being Sehun from EXO
that said, you're probably right in general unless something drastically changed in their genetics in the last 30 years or so

Karina has a lot but its well done, so great for her. Again, all idols have PS, even those who look mostly the same as the predebut pictures(which is something kpop fans use really loosely lmao) refine their looks.
Another idol who had a lot but got an amazing result is Sana, her surgeon is truly an artist because she looks incredibly beautiful now.
Now, since the purpose of this thread is finding people to roast you alive, I'll drop some controversial opinions:
Nayeon had a bad nose job post debut and she has wayyyyyy too much filler now and it makes her look way older. The nose job would be less noticeable if she didn't look so... "full" due to the excess of filler. She needs to get them dissolved...

Every ethnic group has variation in phenotype.

The IG account I linked earlier:
QuoteHere is what I think Mina has had done:
1. Double-eyelid surgery (x2)
2. Epicanthoplasty
3. Tip plasty (x2)
4. Hairline lowering/forehead reduction
5. Chin filler
6. Full face of filler
7. Buccal fat reduction
8. Masseter Botox
9. Nasal bridge fillerNote: The post about her is from Dec 21, 2021.

Her nose is noticeably smaller now compared to when she debuted, so I assume she had a nose job but I think that's it. Don't know about pre debut though.

Honestly, sometimes I read these ps analyses and think they're overdoing the amount of procedures. I haven't had any -plasties, filler, or neurotoxin injections but my face changed over time due to fat loss. Of course obvious nose jobs and eyelid creases that appear where there once were none is a different story.
Most common procedures in kpop imo:
Nose job, double eyelid, buccal fat removal, neurotoxin injections to the masseter, lip filler
In non-rookies, especially those who drink, smoke, or go on yo-yo diets: Filler all over the face

I don‘t think that the amount of ps is except in extreme cases like park bom
that noticeable. PS is there to give this little by little glow up look and it accompanied by a lot of smaller cosmetic procedures like fillers or anti-fat injections, laser treatment, chemical peeling, hydropeeling etc. It‘s getting more noticeable though
