why did u make your akp account? for kpop?

Pandemic boredom when my whole state was shut down got me more into kpop content again and I wanted to talk to more like people about it beyond a burner Twt. Plus nothing to do..did I mention nothing to do? I didn't think I'd be here so long and deep.

This for me. I wanted to find a place where I can hear other people's opinions on music from mid-low tier groups. The objective has not be fulfilled though.

The other forum where I was a member have been down for months so I joined akp to talk about kpop, I was also bored tbh lol

To talk more to other Kpop fans that are not ARMY. Learn about other groups than BTS, as well as BTS.
Also to talk to ARMY of course, but here I can encounter other fans too.

Like that we can have discussions here that wouldn't work on Twitter because of character limits.

Because the other forum started getting less traffic and it was kinda dead. It even went down afterwards so I stayed here.

Because the O forum were having server issues and i needed another place to discuss kpop, this was back in 2019

I only joined AKP to post achievement threads of my favs n interact with foreign users on here, thereby improving my English as well.

I am another forum’s member, but I’ve accepted that it’s dead now, although I still post there because I’m a loyal b.

but honestly I have been out of the Kpop loop for so long, but new jeans brought me back. and I needed a place to rave about those cuties that wasn’t dead so I caved

I was lurking as a guest for a while, but then decided to start posting for the release of MotS 7 in early 2020 because I was so excited about it and thought it was all so cool and had no IRL Army friends to be excited with.

I was expecting to find loads of people who were similarly happy, excited and proud of everything that was being achieved. Oh boy, that was NOT what I discovered at all.

Then I was furloughed for months with bags of free time and now it’s a habit, lol.

I used to be on O H initially cuz I actually was super into the fandom life and a stan etc. then it died. And I quit forums for sometime.

I joined AKP because my friend told me no one talked about exo here sometime in like 2019 so I came here to fix that.

For BTS actually. Was searching the Web for some stuff about them.

My go-to forum site (I am not a member though, only a frequent guest) went MIA then it's not the same anymore when it came back.

TREASURE came into my K-Pop life and I badly need to talk about them and promote them.

And of course every group I'm stanning, old and new.
