I am a Not Shy supremacist, it's the first kpop album I ever bought and had to buy it twice because first time I was dumb and missed the fucking package.
Dalla dalla made me stan them.

I think I found out about ITZY with Wannabe. I liked the MV especially, with the dance break buildup which I wish was in the audio version.
I then checked their other songs. I liked ICY very much, Dalla Dalla not so much. I thought the b-sides were a mixed bag.
When Not Shy released, I was a big fan too. Never understood the criticism against it. Also, iD on the mini album became one of my favorite Itzy tracks.
Guess Who then became my favorite EP of theirs. I'm not so fond of Mafia in the Morning but the b-sides are all solid, especially the combo Sorry Not Sorry >> Kidding Me >> Wild Wild West. So good.
Their full length album didn't get me too excited though. And that's my issue will full length albums: unless I like everything on it, the songs I enjoy tend to be so drowned out that I rarely revisit them.

Sounds to me like your courier was an undercover Midzy and orchestrated for you to miss the package so you could double dip on the comeback.
But yeah Not Shy is an excellent track that translates VERY well to English.
Sooooooooo Dalla Dalla i literally immediately stanned, ICY i was so put off until hinestly Not Shy. Itzy reminds me of F(x) and Red Velvet in a way where they release songs and then i dont actually like the concept/genre of the song until like a year later or like a couple of releases later.
