Honestly speaking in conditions of not lip-syncing and no autotune or any other way to fix vocals I think quite a lot of rappers will be the mostly ok, especially if they won't sing just rap.

Also it depends on what exactly you are asking about. Cause if you just ask about if they will be able to do smth live without lip-synking then yeah they will do it, but if the question is about will they be able to sound like on official sound then no majority won't be able to do so.
