I don't know why they'll skipped it when it's already done.

Anyways, Teu-land is all over the place since the announcement so I won't be surprised for more speculations and frustrations that will either come true or won't in the foreseeable future. Everyone should just be ready for whatever happens.

I hope there is no beef, Yedam has spent so much of his time in YG, it'd be a waste if he leaves now

I swear if YG screws over Yedam. If this is a sign he’ll go solo I’m okay with that (I like him as part of Treasure but he fits being a soloist more imo) but if they drop or bench him- He’s the best 4th gen vocalist, imagine YG failing to utilise that.

He was seen going into the YG building last week like normal. He's still in the dorms with TREASURE. He's been in YG since he was 10 years old. He's in year 2 of a 7 year contract.

Yes. Writing and producing songs is one of his first loves. He had stuff up on SoundCloud for years.

He vacationed with AKMU's Chanhyuk a couple of weeks ago when TREASURE was given time off before their comeback and tour. Chanhyuk being one of the biggest and most well-respected and successful producers and songwriters in Korea. I believe Yedam and Chanhyuk had a conversation about this and brought it to YG. And YG respected that. A fact that should be celebrated.

If you saw my post on the "YG/Yang Hyunsuk" thread you'll see that Chanhyuk has a big voice in YG and is most likely helping make overall music decisions in YG.

Anyway, Yedam is an incredible songwriter.

If YG is giving him and Mashiho a 2 month break before their tour so Yedam can write more music and Mashiho can rest with his family, then we all win.
