Not sure if this is faking or not, but DSP combined two albums to make Sechskies sales higher than HOT and FinKL higher than SES. They did release two albums in one year so I guess it's somewhat legit.

I go with everything but faking dating scandals, as considering idol purity culture it just seems like an odd business move.

The worse scandal I know of beyond Burning Sun was the Open World entertainment one, which is proof small companies can be more disgusting than large companies. I don't know what exactly to put it under but it's simply so horrible. The CEO of Open World Entertainment is one sick bastard, raping trainees, having male idols rape trainees for him to watch etc...

Interestingly it happened in 2012, you know the year where Nichkhun drunk-drove and hit a motorcyclist and the T-ara/Hwayoung mess began and no one remembers it really. idols from Open World were even able to promote afterwards, under a different company of course.

kpop companies aren't special when companies reach a certain size they will use all tricks in the book and beyond to get what it takes

which is why strategy and how they go about doing it is especially important

they are too manipulative they literally control idol live and activity

also big company have heavy influence in the industry they can control what goes in the scene
