Nope, it's like saying JYPE are the Distributors for TWICE Music because they have TWICE's MVs on their main channel and the company is their Label.

Distribution of Music has nothing to with being signed to a Label or Labels rather in this case and many others, Companies will use a 3rd Party to pay for the Expenses for a Song while allowing them to upload MVs as part of the contract.

IF WM actually had money then their music would be on their own YT Channels

Honestly i don't care as long as most of them succeed. If you make the group with the 12 highest average ranking i don't think the group has a main vocal (Eunbi probably becomes the main vocal) which is not ideal at all.

Being promoted as a Visual in Japan is fine, but doing the same in South Korea means you have no talent so that's why JYPE don't do that for Nayeon, Tzuyu or Mina there

If YGE have a brain they will promote Lisa as either a Vocal or a Rapper because it would be a waste to have her being a Back Up Dancer for an IKON Song
