It's noise marketing, to give sympathy for the group as they are seen as victims.
It's a HYBE PR strategy where the aim is to inflate the value of NJ's as the 2 "battle over them"

With what GG could he do it with as Big Hit's only GG was Glam, he doesn't manage a single GG under HYBE Labels.
Although he was very competitive with his no Girl Group as they competed fiercely against BP for things like getting locked in the dungeon and hiatus status between comeback
So predictions are...
June - July
Japanese Comeback
* Japanese Stadium Concerts
October+
English Pre-Release
Korean Comeback
Korean Anniversary
November+
Next World Tour
* Although it's part of the RTB World Tour, it's something that was tagged on as it's similar to the Japanese Tours they've had with their Japanese releases.
Ignorant, calling JYP a side project for Sidehus when their first BG, a set of twins, debut before g.o.d and pretty much g.o.d call themselves a JYP group.
But the ignorance is, JYPark debut first
Are you sure about Live Nation? They have never promoted any of the Twice concerts in Japan.
It seems they handle the big Stadiums, at least, it's the Venues that report earnings with them as the Promoters
Why would it be?
Why would it matter?
Did YGE's massive profit loss or the Burning Sun incident have any affect on BP?
No...
Because Kpop fans don't actually care about the business politics of companies, they only care that their biases are making a comeback.
On the other hand, Investors are very fickle to such events.
The only problem with your opinion is that.....
You won't get into any of those companies if you can't at least sing or rap because you won't qualify as a Trainee.
So the problem boils down to, how Idols are expected to sing...
For females Idols, this is mostly in a high note.
During Queendom, Mamamoo picked AOA as the contestant to cover, problem is, AOA sing in a high note and Mamamoo don't, so Mamamoo struggled to reach the notes that AOA's songs were sung in. EXID's Hani said something similar on Masked Singer where she gave an example of how she prefers to sing versus how she was expected to sing for EXID's songs.
A good example for TWICE is Momo, as the notes are high in TWICE's Title tracks, she does tend to strain but she is perfectly fine in MiSaMo that has notes that suit her. Of course Momo actually has a big vocal range at least based on her screaming :P
Anyway, the whole Idol thing is selling an image that is fake, unlike a Concept which changes, it is an industry where their consumers expect certain traits from the Idols. And it's mainly Visuals, Virginity and Youth.
LSM: btw SM, do you like my parting gift
During their first 7 years, the group needed a leader to represent themselves but after that, the leader role becomes a "public image" rather than someone that needs to be in that position. They have all been in the group for 7 years so they are more than aware of their roles.
I think it's also relevant because JiHyo would have been discussing her Solo career so her role as leader would have been lessened to some extent over other members that were going to do Solos.
But even years on, JiHyo still speaks in a manner where she feels responsible, it's a role she grew into
Ready to Be Tour - Japanese Venues

Estimate average 49,312 per Concert
As TWICE are likely to sell out these Venues to their Japanese Paid Fan Subscription I have
used Estimates. All venues are the total crowd for their 2 day Concerts.
Estimates are based on the ground capacity, though lower, however Concerts in all cases can
hold more seating.

If actual numbers were used then TWICE will likely have sold 700,000 tickets in Japan for their RTB Japan Venues.
At a cost of USD$80 per ticket, the Concert Earnings would be at least USD$56m.
Of course, LiveNation would probably take most of it as they organize the Concerts
There is room for growth in Europe but Japan is their most secure country for ticket sales
All of them, do you even know how broad the music genre is at Coachella?
Even if they did, it's female fans that keep Kpop Group's financially viable.
This is a fact that has never changed in South Korea or globally for that matter.
Dang...
Stanning groups was cheaper in 2015/2016 :P
Doobyu or Tzubu?
It depends on methodology but if Psy is appearing then it might be an accumulation of historical data rather than recent data.
So simplified
STAYC's Revenue
less Expenses
= STAYC's Profit where they will get a Share (depending on the Contract)
less STAYC's Wage/Salary etc
= Profit the Company made
The $755k is what the Company made
