All the attacks on Hybe, BTS and other Hybe groups are part of the plan to damage and put pressure on Hybe.
It wont stop unless MHJ goes to jail.
If Hybe let her leave with or without NJs, do you think the attacks will stop. No way. She will do whatever it takes to make sure her girl group and boy group are #1.
It's not MHJ that won't stop but the netiz and the public.
Are people on here really reading what is being translated or going to the statements directly, if you can read Korean, and reading what they're saying?
1) MHJ in her response to Hybe specifically said Hybe used the VPs family to threaten him and coerce him with statements like the following:
'If there is a lawsuit, how will you manage the high cost of the damages when you're cut off as a loose end?', 'Think of your family', pressuring the vice president to cooperate. The vice president was coerced into signing an information provision consent form by being told, 'If you cooperate, there will be no issues'.
Then, the next day, the contents of the vice president's KakaoTalk messages were leaked to the press, constituting a serious invasion of privacy and violation of human rights.
Seriously, this is reading like a makjang where big corp is using its might to pressure their victim. Hybe pretty much said we'll sue your ass if we can't get to MHJ and make you (and your family) bankrupt. Can you afford it? What will happen to your family?
If you can't see why this is wrong.....
2) MHJ's rebuttal plainly showed Hybe was trying to frame her (still trying to be honest since Naver still had no articles showing her full rebuttal by the time I went to bed) with partial truths and taken out of context text messages. She specifically said they cut parts of the text and cut & pasted the messages to give misleading/false impression. (I believe her about this because this is something that needs to proven in court and she showed during her 2 hour press conference that she had the receipt).
Plenty of other examples in that rebuttal like how contract negotiation details which included a debut of MHJ boy group when discussing compensation but Hybe chose to deliberately not mention that in the materials that they released. And everyone was just discussing how expensive it is to debut a group.
From where I'm standing, Hybe is coming across a serious shady as f corporation high on power.
3) There is more but I'll stop there and move onto another topic that people on this thread are discussing which is NJs initial statement about Hybe support or lack thereof and MHJ's previous statement about how it was decided to have no promo. Let me present you with a scenario that I think is likely. So far my hunches on NJs situation has not been that far off from responses I've seen from MHJ regarding contracts but I've also based it on my working experience and things I've seen in life:
- Since they were getting hamstrung about promoting NJs, they were brainstorming on what to do. Many ideas were likely discussed and discarded. That was when one of the NJs member said since we can't do this or that, why don't we just do nothing and go forward? Pause then a realization that that maybe this may actually be the only real choice they have and this path forward plan was accepted.
(Again, I think this is a likely scenario that could have happened, not that it did.) Basically what I'm saying is what MHJ stated before and what she stated in her press release do not necessarily contradict each other.
4) Hybe likely violated its own internal policy on whistle blowing.
Per their own media play, "It was claimed that president Park Ji Won of HYBE responded to an email from an internal whistleblower on April 22 at 10 AM. At the same time, the audit process began, with the vice president's laptop being confiscated."
MHJ legal reps: We would like to ask HYBE: What was the response sent to the internal whistleblower's email?
(This to me gives me a clue. They are not asking because they don't know but they are asking because I believe they know and it is probably not good thing for Hybe)
MHJ's legal rep also asked: what justifies a listed company's decision to reveal and distort the contents of an internal audit process publicly, akin to live broadcasting, especially when the comeback of one of its label artists was imminent?
I don't think I need to point out why this is important. Hybe pretty much made MHJ's laywers job a lot easier.
5) Dahn World and Hybe.
Once you take away their MV allegory, these netz have surprising amount of connections showing potential Hybe ties to Dahn World and even to political figures. I'll leave this one since I don't want to go by memory but even if it's coincidence, there are awful lot of them.
Even the more rational K netz can see how there are just too many things that are being written off as coincidences. Of course, I personally believe that it's not the artists but the corporate big wigs that may be involved since some of the things that are pointed out cannot be done by idols themselves and only the corporate can. Just wanted to note that it's not just about that online university.
I want to emphasize again that online university have personal information and unless there are safeguards in place those data can be exploited to target people for cult recruitment. Far easier to lure people in when you know so much about them.

There are lot more issues that I can point out but I'll stop here since I also need to take care of other real life things.
