Obviously, no. K-pop stans have an obsession with "educating" someone, when most of the time they are in their 20-30s and aren't even responsability of their parents anymore, let alone other people.

No they aren't "responsible" or hold the obligation to do so. I mean would it be nice to do it? Sure. But there are probably idol politics that play into it though a simple conversation backstage probably wouldn't hurt.

on camera = probably not since it can get awkward but as a senior or whatever if one so chooses then they may inform their juniors of such things off camera and say something like I didn't want to say anything on camera but when you did this it could come off as this...you might want to look into it a bit more but that's just me if you think I'm overstepping my boundaries I apologise

No, it's not up to idols to wet nurse others. Everyone is responsible for their own actions and behaviour but I do think some of the lesser ones could emulate off the more eloquent.
