Well good for them, I'd be happy for them. Everyone is entitled to happiness and I would still support them.

it would be kinda annoying if they were the type to constantly flirt with fans, do fanservice and even lie about not having a partner. that's why i think is important for idols to set boundaries, otherwise they're also contributing to fans delusion of owning them

This line of thinking is so strange to me. They are real people with real worries, needs and feelings. I hope they are dating and getting married (if that's something they're interested in, or not doing so if that's not an interest of theirs obvs.)
