Honestly most of them are probably smoking... not only is the smoking rate for men in South Korea extremely high (it's almost 50%), but smoking can suppress your appetite which is why so many models/celebrities end up smoking.
I was going to say, I'd heard that smoking is really common in Korea, so the odds that they're a smoker are higher than a random American celeb.
